Irish Breakfast

An Irish breakfast was a meal that was traditionally concocted to prepare one for a full days heavy duty work on the farm on a cold winter morning – and was comprised of the best local and homemade farm produce all cooked in butter in a frying pan.  While opinion today may vary on what constitutes an Irish breakfast from household to household,  the Colorado Irish Festival is offering a menu reminiscent of tradition.

The Colorado Irish Festival Irish Breakfast will be held:
Sunday, July 15
10am – Noon (after festival Mass)
at Pavilions 2 & 3 (next to the Clontarf Pub)

Menu includes:
Scrambled eggs
Rasher (Bacon)
O’ Brien Breakfast Potatoes

Orange Juice or Bottled Water

Note: Irish Coffee will be served at the Irish Breakfast for additional fee.
