Beer

The 2017 Colorado Irish Festival is again proud to partner with Coors Distributing Company and Killian’s Irish Red!  Brewed special for this year’s event is the “Moher Stout”, named for the beautiful Cliffs of Moher in Ireland.  Coors is a local company, employing over 3,000 people in Colorado and thousands more across the country.

Killian’s Irish Red has a history very similar to many of us who live here in Colorado, but claim Irish roots. Killian’s recipe was born from George Killian in Enniscorthy, Ireland. Just as many of our families have found their way to beautiful Colorado, so too has Killian’s Irish Red. In fact, Killian’s is brewed right here in Golden, Colorado!  Join us in raising a glass of this finely brewed beer. When you do, we hope you will not only think of its history, but the many Colorado jobs and families it supports.  Other Coors products will include Blue Moon, Coors Light, Colorado Native and Leinenkugel’s Summer and Grapefruit Shandy.

Cocktails & Refreshers

We welcome back Castle Brands and their many fine Irish products such as Boru Irish Vodka, Brady’s Irish Cream, Celtic Honey Liqueur, Clontarf Whiskey and Knappogue Castle Whiskeys .  Menu selections will include Celtic Lemonade, Dublin Mule and Irish Mule and let’s not forget – the Whiskey selections!

Redstone Meadery will also be back offering several of their sweet, refreshing beverages.  Mead is an alcoholic beverage created by fermenting honey with water, sometimes with various fruits, spices, grains or hops. They say that Mead evokes images of heroes and romantic tales, of castle feasts and chivalry.
